Role & Team
I led the art direction and event design across marketing and on-site deliverables, overseeing brand expression, large-scale visuals, motion assets, and presentation design. I also conducted a visual and UX review of the Stable app to ensure alignment between product and brand, while handling on-site event photography and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to support live social media updates.
Project Goal
This project showcases the visual and marketing design work created for Stable during a major blockchain industry event in Korea. The scope covered end-to-end brand execution, spanning event branding, promotional assets, product storytelling, and app experience review. The focus was on creating a cohesive and high-impact presence that translated the brand seamlessly across physical installations and digital touchpoints.
Target Users
The project was designed for blockchain professionals, partners, and attendees participating in Korea Blockchain Week, including Web3 founders, developers, and investors. It also targeted regional and global users encountering Stable’s app and ecosystem for the first time, with a focus on delivering a clear, credible, and memorable brand experience.
Visual Design & Product Experience
The visual design work included large-scale event banners and booth graphics, brand-aligned merchandise and event giveaways, app teaser videos, and motion-based brand assets. I also designed presentation and pitch materials used for on-site meetings and partner discussions. As part of a broader brand refresh, I adapted brand revamp graphics specifically for event use, ensuring scalability, legibility, and strong visual impact across formats and environments.
Alongside event and marketing design, I contributed to the product experience by conducting a UX and visual review of the Stable app. This involved assessing visual consistency, interaction clarity, and overall alignment with the refreshed brand identity, ensuring that live demos and promotional materials reflected the quality, trust, and usability of the product.
Project Learnings
This project strengthened my ability to lead art direction across brand, motion, product visuals, and event experiences within a highly compressed timeline. I worked closely with motion artists and the marketing team to translate a brand refresh into scalable, production-ready assets—including banners, merchandise, app teaser videos, and presentation materials—while maintaining alignment between marketing narratives and the in-app experience. The on-site execution reinforced the importance of rapid collaboration, real-time decision-making, and coordinated content capture, particularly when supporting event photography and live social media updates in a fast-paced environment.
