Stable Blockchain Event

Korea Blockchain Week is one of the most high-profile events in the Web3 calendar — and for Stable, it was a chance to show up as a serious, credible brand in front of founders, investors, and developers from across the globe. This project covered everything needed to make that happen: from large-scale booth graphics and merchandise to motion assets, pitch decks, and on-the-ground photography.

Role & Team

I led art direction and event design across all marketing and on-site deliverables. Working closely with motion artists and the marketing team, I translated Stable's brand refresh into scalable production-ready assets — and stayed on-site during the event to handle real-time photography and live social content.

Project Goal

The goal was a cohesive, high-impact brand presence that worked just as well on a 3-metre booth banner as it did on a mobile screen. With a concurrent brand refresh underway, the challenge was adapting new brand assets for event use quickly — ensuring they were legible at scale, visually bold, and consistent across every touchpoint a potential partner or user might encounter.

Visual Design & Product Experience

The event scope spanned brand execution across physical and digital formats: large-scale banners and booth graphics, event merchandise and giveaways, app teaser videos, motion-based brand assets, and presentation materials for on-site partner meetings. Each asset was built to scale without losing brand fidelity — a particular challenge when working across booth formats, printed collateral, and screen-based motion simultaneously. Alongside the marketing work, I conducted a UX and visual review of the Stable app to ensure the in-product experience matched the brand story being told at the event. It's a small detail that often gets overlooked — but having product and marketing visually aligned matters when potential users pick up their phones right after seeing your booth.

Project Learnings

Fast-paced, high-stakes environments test both your design skills and your ability to collaborate under pressure. Real-time decision-making during a live event — adjusting assets on the fly, coordinating photography across multiple sessions, feeding content to the social team — reinforced how much strong preparation and clear communication matter when there's no room to iterate slowly.
